TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS - please read if you have issues:

LOG IN ERRORS:
On occasion, an error occurs when trying to access the members area, as if you aren't registered or you don't have access, but you do. This particularly happens when you click through email, but not through your receipt. Here's how to fix this:
1) Bookmark this page so that you can come to it through your bookmarks.
2) If you see the "Dashboard" and "Log out" above, You ARE logged in - simply click on the Dashboard. *BUT...
3) If you get an error at that point, then please try this: make sure you click THIS link: https://members.journalcreator.com/ and it will open in a new tab or window, and shouldn't have issues then.
When you go through email, (especially gmail, hotmail etc) - they actually block the cookies required to access and often load the site "inside" the email. To fix that, simply right click on the members link and say Open to a NEW Window. That prevents it from the email systems trying to open "within" (which blocks access).
If you still have issues, please take a screen record if you can of every step and submit a ticket at the support desk linked in the above right.
ADDED LEVELS NOT SHOWING ACCESS:
Sometimes it doesn't show all of the levels you purchased. The simple fix: Please go to your JVZoo receipts for each level purchased and click "access" to add each level onto your account. (You can simply log in for any upsells you might have purchased when prompted, you don't need to add another account). Do this for each additional level you purchased and it should add it to your account.
